Thank you for shopping with Art Emboss. Below you will find information about our production times, shipping options, and delivery policies.


Order Processing Time

Ready-Made Products

Orders containing ready-made items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability.

Custom Products

Custom items require additional production time, including:

  • Wax Seal Stamps
  • Embossers
  • Rubber Stamps

Production time for custom products is typically 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.

Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We currently offer two shipping methods:

Delivery times are estimates and apply to most orders shipped to North America, Europe, and Oceania.

Over 90% of orders are shipped within 48 hours after production is completed.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the following costs will not be refunded:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Return shipping charges

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Art Emboss is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address before the order ships. If the package has already shipped and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment shipping cost.


Failed Delivery

Packages may be returned to the sender due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Failure to pick up the package
  • Failure to sign for delivery

If this occurs, customers will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.


Damaged Packages

We carefully package all orders to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Accept the package.
  2. Contact our customer support team.
  3. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and items.

Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 days, please contact us. For lost shipments, we will provide the carrier information and tracking number so you may contact the shipping carrier directly.

Please note that Art Emboss is not responsible for packages delivered to mail forwarding services. In cases of suspected package theft, customers may be required to file a police report before a refund or replacement can be processed.


Shipping Delays

Art Emboss is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier operational issues.
